Job description
Flying Food Group is currently seeking Airline Food Service Cooks in the Miami, FL area.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Education requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience requirements
• Minimum of 3 years food prep / cooking background.
• Good communication skills
• Must speak, read, and understand English
• Must be able to lift over 60 pounds
• Must have good attendance record and be on time.
• Must be able to stand and move around most of the day
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Assist with preparing all food &/or meals for airlines and employee meals & charters.
• Read & Follow all FFG recipes correctly & provide correct proportions.
• Complete prep work as directed by management &/or Executive Chef.
• Use all cooking equipment properly & safely.
• Follow FFG sanitation procedures to keep kitchen area & equipment clean.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation, hygiene & food handling procedures.
• Report safety hazards & accidents to management immediately.
• Perform all related and miscellaneous duties as directed by management.
